Faulty Stock:

We may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund if:

  • The product has a manufacturing fault or defect.
  • The product is unfit for its intended purpose as stated in any advertising or packaging.
  • The product does not match the online description or image.
  • The product was damaged during transit due to mishandling or insufficient packaging.

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned within a reasonable period after purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your Smokeking tax invoice, receipt, or bank statement. The product must be returned in its original condition with labels/tickets attached and packaging intact. If all conditions are met, we can arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund. Refunds will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Smokeking reserves the right to request evidence that the fault was not caused by you.

How to Return a Faulty Item:

You should return the faulty product to the local store where the purchase was made. Smokeking will provide store details once we are notified of the fault and verify that all return conditions are met.

Indemnity:

By returning any item, you agree to indemnify Smokeking and hold it harmless from any claims, losses, damages, taxes, liabilities, or expenses incurred in connection with the return. This includes actions arising from:

  • Your own acts or omissions.
  • Any breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Any breach of applicable laws in Australia or overseas.

Definitions

Manufacturing Fault or Defect:

A product will be considered to have a manufacturing fault or defect if:

  • A reasonable customer would not have purchased it had they known about the extent of the fault.
  • The product deviates significantly from any description, sample, or model.
  • The product is unfit for its intended purpose and cannot be easily fixed in a reasonable time.
  • The product is unsafe.

Not Fit for Purpose:

A product is not fit for its purpose if:

  • It is not suitable for the general use you would expect from such an item.
  • It is not suitable for any intended purpose communicated in its description.
  • It is not suitable for the purpose you specified to the sales staff at the time of purchase.

Proof of Purchase Includes:

  • Smokeking receipt
  • A Smokeking transaction on your credit card or bank statement.

Return Address:

Smokeking reserves the right to direct you to return faulty items to the store where they were originally purchased.
